Here’s another round of our contest guessing column.
In this issue, we’ll take a look at a colleague who has gone through a period of change and isn’t afraid of challenges. He recharges his energy by being active, preferably somewhere in the mountains.

Take a guess and don’t miss your chance to win!
HOW TO PLAY?
- Read the clues carefully.
- Guess the colleague’s name, write your guess on a card, and drop it into the designated box. Everything you need is available at the reception.
- We’ll draw one winner from the correct answers, who can look forward to an exciting prize!
LET’S LOOK AT THE CLUES!
- I’ve been with the company since 2009.
- When I started, production orders were still printed here, and we used barcode scanners to check out.
- What’s one thing you’ll almost never see me without at work? Work boots—safety comes first.
- My typical line at work: “So, what are we going to do about this?”
- If my job had a soundtrack, it would be the song: “Tak sorry, že mám rád hory.“
- I most often help my colleagues solve problems, get organized, and find a way forward when there doesn’t seem to be one at first glance.
- I’ve seen so many changes at the company that it could be a TV series—and it’s still going strong. And there have also been situations where people said, “That won’t work”… but in the end, it did.
- My bigges hobby is hiking in the Beskydy Mountains and gardening (mainly growing chili peppers).
- A sports quote that sums me up: “Run, Forest, run!”
- I relax best when I’m active outdoors and clear my head.
- At home, I always have a supply of good cheer and energy gels.
- My favourite food/drink: a balanced, healthy diet, paired with a hearty craft beer to help me recover.
- A secret talent my colleagues might not know about: outside of work, I go “all in” – gardener, bricklayer, electrician… and sometimes even a cook.
- The craziest thing I’ve ever done: signing up for the UTMB (Julian Alps Trail Run)
- If I won a million, the first thing I’d do is check to see if it’s true.
- The most common thing I hear at home: “What time will you be home?”
- If I were an animal, I’d be a dog – a guard dog, a buddy, and one that can never sit still for long.
- What’s guaranteed to set me off: lies and gossip.
- What’s guaranteed to save me: exercise, putting things in perspective, and telling myself, “It’ll all work out somehow.”
- My attitude toward Mondays: “Last Monday was yesterday… here it is again – another chance to do better.”
- I never turn down a request for help.
- At home, work meetings sometimes even take place over dinner.
- I’ve upgraded myself – a lighter version, but with more power.
- In sports, I know how to lead the young; at work, the experienced – simply a coach in any uniform.
DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM YET?
Who was behind the clues in the last issue?
Vojtěch Rusnok, process engineer
We drew one winner at random from all the correct answers, and the winner is Petr Tokarčík. Congratulations!
