Employees of Finidr are improving their education thanks to the aid from European Social Fond and also aid from state budget of the Czech Republic.
At the end of 2005 company Finidr has received financial aid for continuing education of its employees. Within the frame of the project, which was planned out for almost two years, there were and would be courses in Management, Communication and Negotiation, courses in computer skills and language courses. In all, there were 29 different courses prepared within the frame of the project, some of which were offered more than once (mostly computer and language courses) in such a way, as to allow every interested person from Finidr to participate. The whole project was implemented between November 2005 to July 2007.
From the reaction of the participants of the already implemented courses, we can clearly see the high quality of the courses that have benefited the daily operation of the company.
