Information about personal data processing

As our customers’ satisfaction is an essential criterion for the provision of our products and services, we try to adjust all our offers to our customers’ needs and ensure their highest quality possible. To achieve this goal, we have used personal data and processed them in accordance with valid legislation.

Please, get acquainted with the information about how our company FINIDR, s.r.o., having its registered seat at Lípová 1965, 737 01, Český Těšín, Czech Republic, Identification Number: 60778172, Tax Identification Number CZ60778172, registered in the commercial register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, entry 6749, processes your personal data for the purpose of product and service provision.

Which personal data do we need?

FINIDR, s. r. o. acts as administrator of personal data which you provide us with as our customer, or which are available from public sources (including information you publish at internet yourself). We collect merely the basic data about you (e.g. name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).

Why do we need the data?

We need to know only those personal data of yours which allows us:

to use various means of communication, such as mail, electronic channels (e-mail, newsletter, social networks), telephone or web pages (or Google AdWords, where relevant) to inform you about our products, services and marketing events which may suit your needs and preferences
to send tax documents, invoices or delivery notes by e-mail in PDF format with all features corresponding to Act no. 235/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax, as amended, so long the business relation lasts and until the legal obligations of FINIDR company are fulfilled
to send business offers, promotional announcements and documents necessary to establish the contract
to offer appropriate jobs within the register of job applicants in order to select suitable applicants and establish employment contracts.

Which direct channels and web browser data are also available to us?

Besides e-mail purchase order, personal visit to FINIDR or telephone communication, you can attend to your products also by other means, e.g. by logging in to “Customers section” at FINIDR web page. If you had consented to the storage of so-called cookies, your logging in and working within this service will provide us via cookies with further information, e.g. about web pages you visit, user settings of your computer, etc. Cookie files are neither aimed nor able to carry out personal identification of web page users. We use them in order to improve our web page, assess the number of its visitors and optimise our marketing activities.

In order to analyze web pages by means of cookies we use the Google Analytics service, developed and operated by Google Inc., having its registered office at Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

Along with Google Analytics we also use related advertising tools provided by Google, such as display overview in Google advertising network, anonymous demographic data extended reporting (e.g. age, sex, hobbies) or display of advertisements in the content network on the basis of viewed products (so-called remarketing), incl. the Google AdWords service which serves to personalize advertisements and improve their targeting and the so-called remarketing. This allows us to provide visitors of our web page with advertising contents as much interesting for them as possible.

Disabling cookies:

1. Click the “Tools” button in the main menu and select “Internet Options” .

2. Click the “Privacy” tab.

3. To block all cookies move the slider to the top.

4. Click “OK” to confirm your settings.

Clearing cookies:

1. In the “Tools” menu select the “Safety” option and then click “Delete browsing history”.

2. Check the “Cookies” button.

3. Click the “Delete” button.

1. In the main menu click the “Firefox” button and choose “Options”.

2. Select the “Privacy” option.

3. In the “Cookies” section uncheck “Accept cookies from sites”.

4. Confirm your new settings.

Clearing cookies:

1.  In the main menu click the “Firefox” button and choose the “History” option.

2. Choose the “Clear recent history” option.

3. Click the “Time range to clear” and select “Everything”.

4. Click the “Details”, check “Cookies” and click “Clear Now”.

How do we handle personal data?

As we consider the safety and protection of personal data as our key priority, we apply the following measures and proceedings while processing your personal data.

your personal data are always processed in relation to a clear and comprehensible goal, by specified means, in a specified way, and only during the time which is necessary to achieve the goal in relation to which the data are processed;
your personal data are processed in a way which ensures the highest possible safety of your personal data and prevent any unauthorised access;
here we inform you about the processing of your personal data and about your rights related to the processing of your personal data;
our company observes appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to make sure that the safety level covers all potential risks; all persons that come into contact with customers’ personal data are bound by obligations of confidentiality concerning the information acquired in relation to data processing.

Who has access to the data?

All your handled personal data are processed on the territory of the Czech Republic by the staff of our company that has access to the data only within the limits set by our company in order to achieve the goal of data processing. No third parties have access to your personal data except in cases where they have legal reasons to access the data. We want to be your trustworthy partner and we therefore do not trade personal data.

How long do we keep the personal data?

Your personal data are processed during the period which is necessary to get the data processed and ready for the goal in relation to which the data are processed and to fulfil legal obligations, or during the period for which you give us consent to the processing of the data.

What are your rights?

On the basis of EU regulation no. 2016/679 you have the possibility to use your right to access, correct, block or delete personal data, put limits to their processing or object to the processing of personal data.
