In September 2006, Finidr extended their production capacity. We built a new modern hall with area of more than 4200 m² and installed a top-quality eight-coloured printing machine Heidelberg SpeedMaster with decoiler in the hall enabling us to print not only from sheets but also from rolls. Colour stability of printouts is supervised by means of spectrophonometer board Image Control that is able to evaluate the colour scheme of the measuring scale as well as the whole sheet. We purchased a new suspending line Kolbus equipped with integrated bookmark inserting and book-jacket automatic machine able of suspending and covering up to 60 books per minute fully operational. Our fleet of machines was further enlarged by new efficient folding machines Heidelberg Stahlfolder, book-sewing machine Astronic, cutting station Polar and second CTP Suprasetter that markedly compensates for danger of blackout of metal masters production in case of breakdown.
