How satisfied are you?

Patrik Saňák
production operator

My wife and I returned to our hometown of Těšín after seven years. I studied printing, so FINIDR was an obvious choice for me, and joining the company went smoothly. It was very quick and exactly what I expected. Everyone was nice and helpful when I joined. Communication with everyone went smoothly.

For the first two months after joining the company, I was temporarily assigned to rotary printing, where I worked a few shifts. The work was interesting, and then I was assigned to a completely new digital printing workplace, where all the machines were new to me. Training on them was conducted directly under the guidance of experienced trainers from the manufacturers, which helped me a lot.

I was originally supposed to start as a machine operator, but I was so captivated by digital printing that I fell in love with it. Now I lead a team of colleagues, and even though our workplace is new and we are still fine-tuning some things as we go, I believe that it will be perfect in the future.

My coworkers are the same age, which makes for a great team and means we get along really well. We’ve become friends with some of our colleagues and meet up after work. Sometimes we go for a beer or have a barbecue at someone’s house.

I am glad that I got the opportunity to work at this workplace and be part of such a great team. I am always happy when I see a finished book. It is beautiful, precise, and everything fits together perfectly. I hope that our workplace will continue to flourish and that we will become the pride of FINIDR.

I joined FINIDR on September 2, 2024, but the environment was not unfamiliar to me. Since 2017, I had been regularly coming here for summer jobs as part of the ADAM association. Nevertheless, working night shifts was new to me, and I had to get used to it.

I work in the manual finishing line. From the beginning, I have appreciated the good cooperation with my supervisor and colleagues—in the beginning, they helped me a lot, gave me advice, and showed me tips on how to do my work faster and more efficiently. I am currently learning to use the rubber banding machine.

One of the reasons I decided to join FINIDR is that I would like to be a source of motivation for other guys from the ADAM association – to show them that if you really want to, you can succeed in the job market.
