Our FINIDR Academy has new reinforcements. Together with three other colleagues from different parts of the company, I have also joined the team of internal lecturers. The reason for this was to ensure substitutability in the team of lecturers and to bring new topics to the classroom that will help our employees develop both in terms of adaptation and professional training.
In order to become lecturers, we completed a several-day Internal Lecturers Academy led by the specialized training company New Dimension. We completed the course with a successful exam and will now participate in training our colleagues as part of the FINIDR Academy.
What will we be teaching?

We are looking forward to our first training session at the FINIDR Academy. We are convinced that our approach and enthusiasm will be beneficial to everyone who participates in our courses.
