I have only been working in the company for 4 months, but I can already say that I am very satisfied. The work is very interesting and varied, I am always learning something new and expanding my knowledge not only about paper types but also about the whole process of book production. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the helpful colleagues and the willingness to help when needed – even though I’ve been here for a short time, I’ve been given the space to get fully involved and take responsibility. For me, this job is an opportunity to do something meaningful, to be part of a team and to have the chance to develop further. I believe there is a lot more to come, and I look forward to everything that is to come.

The interview and the start of the company was absolutely fine. Everything was well organized and the attitude of the people was pleasant from the beginning, so I didn’t feel lost.
Working in a printing company was completely new to me when I joined FINIDR. Even though I have several years of experience operating various CNC machines from my previous job, the print shop environment is still something completely different. Fortunately, I had a great experienced colleague who patiently and perfectly trained me. As a result, I quickly got into it and have been working independently for three months now.
I am in my seventh month as a worker on binding line. The work is interesting, technically demanding and a bit stressful at times, but when everything works as it should, it feels good. I enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done, leaving behind a visible result.
The team around me is a great advantage. My colleagues are fine, always willing to help, advise or just exchange a few words during the shift. Some of them we sit down with outside of work, sometimes we go for a beer or just to hang out. This also makes the atmosphere in the company more pleasant.
I’m glad that I got the opportunity to work at FINIDR and be part of a team where people get along with each other and pull the rope together.
