I joined FINIDR in July as a HR specialist. Even before joining FINIDR, I liked what I saw in this company, how systematically it builds its employer brand and how much emphasis it puts on training its employees. I think this approach is key to a company’s competitiveness today – not only in terms of attracting new talented candidates, but also in keeping existing employees happy.
I came into my new job with some expectations, of course, but also some concerns about how I would handle my new role. However, these fears quickly dissipated in the first few days. I found great support from my team and from the management in HR. I have colleagues around me who are always willing to help, advise or teach me something new. I also really appreciate the attitude of my manager, who is always open to discussion and support.
I am really happy to be part of such a team where I feel comfortable and where I know I can grow and develop myself.

After 3 months of learning and working on the jigsaw I am very satisfied. Ondra is a great teacher and I admire him for his patience. Everyone on the shift is nice and helpful. The atmosphere is cool and friendly, which is very important for me.
