St. Nicholas is a popular tradition at FINIDR that brings joy to children. This year, our favourite company event was held for the twelfth time in the Střelnice cultural centre in Český Těšín.
This year we gathered in large numbers. Within a moment the whole hall was filled. Also this year, the clown Hopsalín prepared a program full of games and competitions for the children, in which both children and parents joined in. Refreshments, coffee and tea were prepared for young and old visitors. During the entertainment, children could win balloons or fruit.
After a short break, there was a moment that the children were definitely looking forward to. St. Nicholas entered the hall with the devil and an angel. Before the children were rewarded for their efforts throughout the year, the boys and girls had the opportunity to chat with St. Nicholas or tease the devil. Of course, there was also possibility to take a photo for a souvenir.
The St. Nicholas event is a great opportunity to introduce children to traditions, develop their skills and bring the joy and magic of the coming Christmas season into their lives.
Finally, on behalf of the Secretary, we would like to thank everyone who came and enjoyed themselves. We could not have done it alone without our willing colleagues who actively help us every year and work with us to put this event together. So thank you and see you next year!
