Dear Colleagues,
Another year has come and gone and it is once again time to look back and prepare for the new challenges that lie ahead.
The year 2024 was full of unexpected events and significant milestones for all of us. We have experienced successes to be proud of, but we have also faced situations that have tested us as a team and as individuals.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your incredible work and dedication. I would like to highlight your immediate response and assistance during the flood cleanup at the FINIDR B building this September. Your solidarity and team spirit were key to the quick resumption of operations and showed that when we pull together, we can overcome even the most difficult obstacles.
We have been on a journey together for 30 years, creating books that inspire readers around the world. Your professionalism, commitment and loyalty are the foundation of our success. Without you, FINIDR would not be where it is today.
The year 2025 is upon us and will surely bring new challenges and opportunities. I am confident that we will be able to move forward again in the period ahead. Together, we will continue to take the systematic steps I mention in my article.
I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful and joyful Christmas, full of relaxation and time together with those you care about most. I wish you good health, happiness and much personal and professional success in the New Year.
