Production Worker
My name is Julius Ntalo and I am from Uganda in Africa. I joined this amazing company on August 1, 2025, and it has now been four months. My first three months working at FINIDR have been an amazing experience.
As the first African to join the company, I felt warmly welcomed and supported by everyone. My colleagues are friendly, helpful, and always ready to share their knowledge, which made my training and daily work more enjoyable. I work on the finishing line, where I have learned many new skills and gained valuable experience. I have always been interested in the science behind the production of beautiful reading publications, and now at FINIDR I have become familiar with modern hi-tech machines and a group of experienced and knowledgeable people who are behind the production of every print. Quality is guaranteed, and I am really proud to be part of this amazing team.
Apart from the Czech language, which I found to be an obstacle to integrating into the team, I managed to fit in with the help of several English-speaking members. The atmosphere here is positive, full of respect and teamwork, and I am proud to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring group of people. I also appreciate that the company is well organized and salaries are paid on time. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow together with FINIDR.

Operator in production
I joined FINIDR four months ago as a production worker on the folding machines. When I applied for this job, I knew roughly what it would entail. My mum worked at Papírny Český Těšín for a long time, and I later joined her there. After gaining some work experience, I decided to return to this industry, which is meaningful and has a future. The job interview took place in a very pleasant atmosphere. After joining the company, I found myself in a friendly team, where I was immediately accepted. I was lucky to have Alenka Kluzová as my mentor, who was patient with me and shared all her experience and advice. I am very grateful to her for that. I also brought my boyfriend to FINIDR, and he is also very happy, and we are glad to be part of the team. We wish the company many satisfied customers.
