My goal has never been to become the largest printing company in Europe. My goal is to be a prosperous, innovative, and efficient printing company built on the values we all share.

To be a company where every position is filled by someone who can proudly compete with the best in Europe – whether they work in sales, production, logistics, shipping, or in the office.
To achieve this, we need to go even further in many areas in 2026 and take steps to become more efficient. Because only if we do things smartly can the people who work for us be better paid.
If we want higher wages, we have to earn them together. No customer will give us more money just because our costs for materials, electricity, or wages are increasing. They are only willing to pay for the added value we bring them. This is the only way we can grow and at the same time afford better remuneration for everyone. That is why we must be better than our competitors. Better in productivity. Better in quality. Better in thinking. Better in our approach to work and to the people around us.
There is no other way, no other solution.
The year 2026 will bring further new investments. However, our strength does not lie in buildings or machines. Our strength lies in people who will do their work intelligently, honestly, and with pride. If we want to succeed, we must be a company that combines performance with responsibility, efficiency with humanity, and 100% quality.
We do the right things, and we do them smartly.
That should be our motto for 2026.
What does this mean for each of us?
“We do the right things” – it’s not about getting everything done. The key is to devote our energy to what brings the greatest benefit to the customer, the team, and the results.
- We know how to set priorities.
- We don’t just complete tasks for the sake of “ticking them off.”
- We focus on what really brings value.
“We do them smartly” – we look for the most effective way to achieve those results.
- We don’t add complexity where simplicity will do.
- We learn, improve, innovate, and digitize.
- We question routines and inefficient habits.
In other words, it’s not about quantity, but about meaning. We prioritize work that brings value and approach it intelligently.
I often encounter situations where people tell me how they can’t manage this or that. But when I ask them, “Why are they doing it? What added value does it bring? Why are we spending so much time fixing, searching for, and resolving issues from previous operations?”, I usually get no answer. It will be a long and difficult journey. But there is no other option but to embark on it.
It is crucial for every team member to realize that the necessary changes will not happen on their own.
We must help them – and the best place to start is with each of us.
All we need to do is take a small step toward improvement every day. If we all work together, our printing company will quickly begin to change. We won’t build a strong company by waiting for someone “at the top” to solve everything for us.
They say that “the fish stinks from the head down.” An old, harsh, but true proverb. It points out that if something isn’t working in a company, team, or family, the problem usually doesn’t start “at the bottom,” but “at the top.” With those who are supposed to lead, inspire, set rules, and support their team.
When I lead by example, I don’t need to talk about it. It’s enough that I:
- see things through to the end,
- do what I promise,
- don’t turn a blind eye to problems,
- behave fairly even when no one is watching,
- have the courage to tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.
This is a responsibility and, at the same time, the cornerstone of trust. And I consider trust to be the foundation of every team’s success. This will often mean finding the courage to step outside your comfort zone. It’s uncomfortable. But it’s necessary.
The year 2026 will be about productivity, quality, and efficiency. It will also be about the courage to change things that don’t work, about responsibility that starts with each of us, about a company that stands on fairness, trust, and common sense.
The year 2025 is coming to an end. It was challenging and complicated, but also successful. Despite the obstacles, we managed to grow – our sales increased by more than 7.5%. This is a result we can be proud of, especially when many companies in our industry are stagnating or even declining. This success cannot be taken for granted, and we owe you a big thank you. We achieved this thanks to a good strategy, but mainly thanks to the changes and improvements that took place in all departments – including production.
The year 2026 lies ahead of us. It will be challenging, but I believe that with your commitment, it can be just as successful as this year. Each of you influences the running of the entire company more than you might think.
Thank you very much for your year-round diligence, professionalism, and determination, with which you are moving FINIDR forward.
I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful and joyful Christmas. May 2026 be full of health, energy, well-being, and personal satisfaction.
