On Tuesday, December 2, our traditional St. Nicholas Day celebration took place at the KaSS Střelnice cultural center, which was eagerly awaited by the children of our employees and colleagues.
The event began at 4 p.m., and the hall was soon filled with parents, children, and grandparents who came to experience the festive atmosphere and commemorate this popular December tradition. The “FINI-MIKU-ŠOU” event, which took place for the thirteenth year this year, was opened by the clown Hopsalín and his assistants. Their program included competitions, songs, and dancing together. During the event, children and their parents could enjoy refreshments that we had prepared for them.
Then it was time for St. Nicholas, the devil, and the angel to visit little ones. The children could talk to them, sing a song, or recite a poem. St. Nicholas praised every brave child and rewarded them with a package of goodies.
The whole afternoon was filled with peace, laughter, and a friendly atmosphere. We would like to thank all the organizers and volunteers who help us prepare this event every year. St. Nicholas Day was a wonderful start to the Advent season, and we are already looking forward to next year.
