Dear Finidraks,
The year 2025 is coming to an end. It was a year in which we managed to grow, even though uncertainty reigned around us. It was not an easy year, but it also showed that FINIDR stands on solid foundations.
Every day at the printing plant, I see dozens of stories, big and small, of honest work. I see people who think, who look for better ways, who move things forward. And that is where our strength lies.
Not in how many of us there are, but in who we are. That is the way to succeed. It is the way to have fewer people who are better paid. Better paid because they do top-notch work. Work whose results are not only comparable to our competition, but in many areas better, and that allows us to successfully continue on our path. In order to achieve this in the long term, we must be smarter, more efficient, and of higher quality than our competition.
“We do it smart” – this is not just a motto. It is the way we must think about every process, every customer, every detail we work on. The year 2026 will be about productivity, quality, and modernization. But above all, it will be about people – about us.
Because no technology, no machine, no plan makes sense without people who believe in it and put their heart and soul into it. I believe we have a team that can do it. We have a team that wants to change things for the better. We have a team with heart, experience, and courage.
The future will not be easy. It never has been. I believe that the best is still ahead of us. Because every day we prove that we create our own future – through our work, our approach, and our character.
Thank you all for what you have done for FINIDR this year. Thank you for your energy, dedication, and loyalty, which give this company meaning.
I wish you and your families a peaceful Christmas, good health, strength, and joy. And for the new year 2026, I wish everyone faith, courage, and hope so that we can continue to build a company we are proud of together.
A company that does things smartly, honestly, and with heart.

Yours, Jarek Drahoš
