Environmental protection is a long-term issue that is also reflected in our strategic goals. This year, we are focusing on specific measures in the area of environmental sustainability. The goal is to reduce the environmental impact of our operations while promoting responsible behavior throughout the company.

Less Waste
One of the main areas of focus is reducing landfill waste and improving the management of materials generated during operations.
This year, we would like to place a strong emphasis on waste sorting, not only in production areas but also in offices.
We are looking for ways to sort waste more efficiently and utilize alternatives to landfill disposal.
Energy Conservation
Another important pillar of this year’s activities is raising employee awareness about energy conservation. Even small changes in everyday behavior can have a significant cumulative impact.
The goal is for sustainability to be not just a “project,” but a natural part of our day-to-day work and decision-making.
A More Resource-Efficient Approach
Environmental sustainability isn’t limited to production—it also applies to raw materials. That’s why we’re focused on finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint in the procurement of paper and cardboard.
We engage with suppliers, require them to take measures, and strive to reduce waste—for example, by purchasing custom-sized cardboard.
What can each of us do?
- Sort waste properly and consistently—even a small amount of contamination in sorted waste can render the entire batch unusable.
- Be mindful of energy consumption—turn off lights, shut down equipment, and report obvious waste.
- Prevent waste—use materials efficiently and avoid ordering unnecessary “backup” supplies.
- Follow established procedures for waste management, including hazardous waste.
- Take an interest and ask questions—if we’re unsure, accurate information is always better than a wrong guess.
Small, everyday actions add up to make a big difference. Sustainability starts with each of us.
