Dear Colleagues,
The first quarter of this year has confirmed that FINIDR has a sound strategy. The steps we are gradually taking are heading in the right direction. We are doing well commercially. We continue to invest in new technologies and, together, we are moving the company forward. Above all, we are investing in the future, in the quality of our processes, and thus in the stability of the company.
And quality is—and will remain—one of our main focuses in the coming months. It’s not enough just to produce. What’s important is to produce well, reliably, and with a strong sense of responsibility toward our customers and toward one another. Every book that leaves our facility is a reflection of the entire company. Each of us holds a share—and thus a share of the responsibility—for its outcome in our own hands.
A successful company does not emerge on its own. It is built through the daily efforts of each of us, our willingness to improve things, to see our work through to the end, and above all, our willingness to take responsibility for the results of our work. This is our priority and also our strength. These are the solid foundations upon which the printing company will stand in the years to come.
