WE HELP: ONE WORD, A HUGE COMMITMENT

In business, we often look for complex definitions. We come up with strategies, presentations, values, and slogans. Yet sometimes a single word is all it takes to perfectly capture why our company exists.

For FINIDR, that word is: WE HELP

At first glance, it’s an ordinary word.

But in reality, it’s a huge commitment.

We’re not just a printing company.

We’re not just a production facility full of technology, machines, ink, and paper.

We are a company that brings together the world of books, people, and values.

Every day, thousands of books pass through our hands. We have a wonderful product. But in reality, we don’t just print books. We help ideas reach people. We help stories come to life. We support education, emotions, imagination, and inspiration.

And that is precisely why our mission is based on three pillars:

WE HELP

  • bring books into the world
  • people grow
  • create a fair atmosphere

It may sound simple. But it’s often the simple things that are the hardest.

Bring books into the world means doing our work with quality, responsibility, and attention to detail. It means understanding that every book that passes through our hands has value for readers.

Helping people grow means supporting talented individuals, learning new things, not being afraid of change, and pushing both ourselves and the company forward.

And creating a fair atmosphere means treating each other with respect, openness, and honesty. It also means keeping our word, taking responsibility, and not being afraid to speak the truth.

Responsibility is one of the most important values today.

Tomáš Baťa said:

“Don’t look for excuses; look for a way.”

He also said:

“Don’t say it can’t be done. Instead, say you don’t know how to do it yet.”

If each of us lived by these words, the world would look completely different.

All too often, we look for reasons why something can’t be done. Why we can’t change something. Why someone else is to blame.

But real change begins elsewhere.

It begins with a single thought:

  • I’ll start with myself.
  • It’s easy to point the finger at others.
  • At a colleague.
  • At management.
  • At the situation.
  • At the circumstances.

It’s much harder to take a look at yourself and ask:

“What can I do better?”

That’s where the culture of a strong company begins.

Steve Jobs said:

“It’s not enough to do things well.

We have to create something we’re proud of.”

And that is exactly the path we want to take together at FINIDR.

It’s not enough just to manufacture well. It’s not enough just to meet a plan or a standard. We want to build a company we’re proud of. A company that’s strong not only technologically, but above all in terms of its people.

A company where people don’t look for excuses, but for solutions.

A company where people know how to work together.

A company where fairness isn’t just a catchphrase, but an everyday reality.

Because it is precisely these kinds of companies that have a future.

And it is precisely this kind of FINIDR that we want to build together.
