I started working at FINIDR five months ago and took my first steps in the plant on a digital printing press. It was something new for me, but very interesting. Thanks to the expert staff, I managed to learn everything quite quickly and set about doing my own printing with confidence. I’m looking forward to someone reading what I’ve printed.

This year I returned to FINIDR, where I had worked before. This time in a different role – specifically on the cover finishing line. During my induction, I met some brilliant people who were always there to help me get started. Even though I’m a technical sort, it wasn’t easy to understand how the machine works. However, the induction took place over a sufficient period of time, so I was able to understand and learn everything. The first few months of working independently are still a bit of a challenge, but it’s getting better every day, and I’m producing beautiful book covers. I’m happy with my job at the printing works in many respects – mainly thanks to the support of my colleagues, the management’s approach, the benefits and the working hours.
