The organization All of Czechia Reads to Children is entering its twentieth year of operation. It continues to strive to convince the adults closest to children—especially parents—to treat their little ones to that wonderful, loving ritual of reading aloud for the sheer joy of it. Reading together has a profound impact on their entire future lives.
In addition to a new logo and a brand-new, modern website, the organization is also reviving the Golden Titles. The most important factor in selecting a book remains that it truly captures the child’s interest. We parents merely open the door, but our children decide for themselves which room to enter. The Golden Titles were selected for shared reading based on recommendations from children, parents, librarians, and teachers.
