The “Fair Play Employee” survey has now completed its eleventh year. Once again, this year, it has become clear that fairness, consideration, and mutual support are not just empty slogans for us. On the contrary—we live by them every day. And thanks to that, we once again handed out plenty of linden leaves to colleagues who simply know how to be a pillar of support for others.
This time, the main goal was to recognize coworkers who make it a joy to work with them: they pull together, don’t shy away from problems, are eager to help, and have a contagiously positive attitude.
The most common feedback highlighted how much employees value teamwork, a willingness to pitch in, and the ability to handle even challenging situations with calm and reason.
This year’s voting beautifully demonstrated that we maintain an environment where people support one another, trust one another, and know how to say “thank you” to one another. And that is something that truly matters.
