Last year, we offered all employees the opportunity to attend exercise classes as a preventive measure against carpal tunnel syndrome. The goal is to demonstrate basic exercises that will allow you to regularly stretch your wrists, which is one of the most effective preventive measures.

What is carpal tunnel syndrome?
The carpal tunnel is a narrow passageway in the wrist through which the median nerve (nervus medianus) and the tendons responsible for finger movement pass. However, when these tendons become swollen, they can begin to press on the median nerve. This usually manifests as reduced sensation, weakness, tingling, or pain in the fingers and the entire hand. Whether it is actually carpal tunnel syndrome, however, must be confirmed by a doctor based on an examination.
These are exactly the kinds of symptoms you can prevent by exercising regularly. These rehabilitation sessions take place at the FINIDR A reception desk from Monday through Thursday.
Monday through Thursday
Both production and administrative staff are welcome to attend this exercise session, not only when experiencing symptoms but also as a preventive measure against carpal tunnel syndrome.
For anyone who wants to exercise at home, we’ve included a QR code linking to an article with exercise demonstrations from GymBeam, where everything is clearly and clearly illustrated.
Production employees have a designated time slot from 8:00 to 8:15 during their break.
Administrative staff may use the time from 8:30 to 8:45 and are required to mark “work interruption” on the time clock terminal.
Registration for both exercise sessions is required at the FINIDR A secretariat or reception desk.
