I joined the FINIDR printing company six months ago as a production worker at the Variquik facility. I was offered this job after graduating from Albrecht High School in Český Těšín, and I have been very satisfied with this choice from the very beginning. The job has given me a wealth of new experiences and skills and has allowed me to better understand the environment of a modern printing company.
The job offer at FINIDR was my first work experience, and also the best one I could have hoped for at the start of my career. I greatly appreciate the company’s approach and the opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues. The team I joined is friendly, helpful, and welcomed me very warmly from day one, which made it much easier for me to adapt to the new work environment.
I enjoy and find my work at FINIDR motivating, and I look forward to more days working together and the new challenges that await me. I am glad to be part of a team of great people and a company that provides opportunities for development and professional growth.

I have been working at FINIDR for over four months now. From the very first days, the team welcomed me warmly, which allowed me to quickly find my feet in my new work environment. Right from the start, I was able to count on the help of more experienced colleagues, who willingly shared their knowledge and experience with me.
My commitment, diligence, and willingness to grow were quickly noticed and appreciated by the company, which led to my promotion. I am currently training to become a machine operator, which is a great honor for me, but also a motivation to continue my education and improve my skills. Every workday brings new experiences and allows me to better understand the production processes and modern technologies used in manufacturing.
I greatly appreciate the atmosphere here. It is based on mutual respect, cooperation, and openness. Although I didn’t speak Czech at first, I quickly settled in because everyone was warm, patient, and willing to help. Thanks to this, the language barrier wasn’t an obstacle, but rather another challenge that I was able to gradually overcome.
Working at this company gives me the opportunity for continuous professional and personal growth. I feel that my efforts are meaningful and that the responsibilities I carry out bring me satisfaction. I can say with full conviction that FINIDR is a place where I can fulfill my professional potential, and going to work is a pleasure for me, not a duty.
